Frequently asked questions
How is WealthAtlas different from other wealth intelligence tools?
Traditional prospecting tools pull from a fixed set of data sources and are often inaccurate + out of date. WealthAtlas is built from the ground up with AI: our agents research people across the open web, assemble verified profiles, and cite every source, so you can see exactly where each piece of information came from.
That means profiles that are more accurate, up-to-date, and actionable.
Who is WealthAtlas for?
Financial advisors and wealth management teams whose business depends on understanding high-net-worth individuals: finding qualified prospects, preparing for every conversation, and turning an existing network into warm introductions.
Where does the data come from?
The open web: SEC filings, property records, company data, news, nonprofit filings, and much more. Every fact on a profile is cited back to its source so you can verify it yourself.
Anything you bring into WealthAtlas stays yours. We never use customer data to train models or to build profiles for anyone else. Read about our security and privacy commitments.
What does a profile include?
A WealthAtlas profile brings together, with sources for each:
- A biography, plus career and education history.
- Estimated net worth, liquidity, income sources, and non-cash assets like real estate and private equity.
- Board seats, philanthropy, and political giving.
- Family, business associates, and the people in your own network who know them.
- Verified email addresses and phone numbers, revealed when you need them.
The full list of fields is in the profile data dictionary.
How does WealthAtlas use AI?
AI does the heavy lifting of research: reading thousands of sources, resolving which records belong to the same person, and organizing what it finds into a clear, cited profile. The goal isn't to replace your judgment. It's to give you back the hours you'd otherwise spend in search results and spreadsheets before a first conversation.
Is WealthAtlas a CRM?
No. WealthAtlas is a research tool that works alongside whatever you already use to manage relationships. It also works inside AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT, so you can research and prospect in conversation. Learn about the WealthAtlas MCP server.
Is it really free to try?
Yes. Create an account and start searching right away, no card required. The free plan includes a limited number of full profile views and contact reveals. When you're ready for more, paid plans start at $99 a month. See pricing.
How is my data kept secure?
WealthAtlas is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, access is scoped to your team, and your data is never used to train AI models. More on security.
